Focalizing is a body-centered practice that helps people connect with their innate wisdom to create meaningful change. This body centered approach doesn't require rehashing personal experiences and challenges. The body communicates through sensations and signals, especially in times of stress, and Focalizing teaches individuals to view these as guides toward healing rather than obstacles. Clients learn to process emotions and strengthen the connection between mind, body, and soul.
