Amber is an Embodiment Wisdom Practitioner dedicated to guiding individuals on their journeys toward healing and self-discovery. Drawing upon years of personal exploration and study of diverse healing modalities, she brings a deeply empathetic, bold, and intuitive presence to her practice.

 

Through transformative 1:1 connections with practitioners and her own experiences of healing, Amber has cultivated a nuanced understanding of trauma, neurodivergence, cultural awareness, and the intricate paths toward wholeness. Her approach blends intellectual curiosity with embodied wisdom, inviting clients to align with their authentic selves and live a soul-honored life.

 

Rooted in a love for Taoism, travel, and a deep connection to the Earth, Amber integrates a profound respect for marginalized communities and the health of our planet into her work. Her practice is informed by modalities such as focalizing, inner child healing, and relational wisdom, alongside a commitment to holistic wellness and intergenerational healing.

The Technique

Unlocking Your Body’s Wisdom

Focalizing is a body-centered practice that helps people connect with their innate wisdom to create meaningful change. This body centered approach doesn't require rehashing personal experiences and challenges. The body communicates through sensations and signals, especially in times of stress, and Focalizing teaches individuals to view these as guides toward healing rather than obstacles. Through compassionate awareness, clients learn to process emotions and strengthen the connection between mind, body, and soul. While it focuses on body awareness, Focalizing can be practiced with a trained facilitator remotely.

 

“How does Focalizing work?”

A Focalizing session is an intuitive and creative process that blends elements of guided meditation with somatic guidance, with participants tuning inward to connect with their body. Each session begins with an intention and this unfolds as the body naturally surfaces memories, sensations, or emotions. Guided by a facilitator, clients explore these experiences safely, sometimes in as little as 10–15 minutes. Sessions help the client tap into their inner authority and show the power of self-healing.

Long-term transformation often doesn’t come from revisiting old stories or analyzing problems intellectually. Instead, Focalizing helps individuals access a deeper part of themselves, bypassing the need for conscious understanding of past wounds.
